MUTEC, the Municipal and Utilities Truck Equipment Company, currently wish to recruit a Sales Receptionist/Administrator to join the busy team based on the Longmile Road, Dublin 12.

MUTEC is an authorised Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle dealership and aftersales service centre. We are a division of Motor Distributors Limited. Our aftersales service focuses on the maintenance and repair of Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicles, Mercedes-Benz buses and coaches, Versalift Aerial Platform Lifts and also operates a CVRT Centre.

Key duties to include:

• Providing reception cover.

• Answering telephone calls.

• Meeting, greeting and assisting customers.

• Providing administrative support to the sales department.

• Registration of new vehicles.

• Ownership transfers.

• Stock control of vehicles.

• Sales Invoicing.

• Ordering of new vehicles. 

• Producing sales prospecting lists.

• Various ad-hoc duties.

The successful candidate will ideally:

• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excel at understanding, anticipating and meeting customer needs.

• Be analytical and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.

• Possess excellent IT skills.   

• Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work on their own initiative.

• Work well as part of a team.

• Be flexible in their approach to work.

• Previous experience in the motor trade is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of Kerridge (Dealer Management System) is an advantage.
